Subtract 2023 Assessment value – 2022 Assessment Value
Subtract 2024 Assessment Value – 2022 Assessment Value
Line 4 / 2022 Assessment Value
Line 5 / 2022 Assessment Value
If the 2022 Assessment were increased by 15% in 2023.
If the 2022 Assessment were increased by 15% in 2024. (If you didn’t have an appeal in 2023 and get the value lowed, Line 8 and Line 9 will be the same number.)

The 2023 Assessment (Line 2) is divided by the Total 2023 Tax Paid (Line 11). This gives a rough estimated tax levy.
Subtract the total 2023 tax paid from (Line 8 and multiply that with Line 13).
Take Line 9 and multiply with Line 13
Add Line 14 and Line 15
