The 2023 Total Tax Paid (Line 11) is divided by the 2023 Assessment (Line 2). This gives a rough estimated tax levy.
Subtract the total 2023 tax paid from (Line 8 and multiply that with Line 13).
Take Line 9 and multiply with Line 13
Add Line 14 and Line 15
